Keep asking Passcode after restored

I forgot my iphone 6 plus passcode so i restored with the new system. Eventually after restored, my iphone 6 plus kept asking the passcode to before can open it.

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 12

Passcode - If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled
