90 day transfer

So today I signed into my moms iTunes account on my phone so we could share iBooks, I downloaded the books and resigned in to my account and now I can’t download any of my music for 90 days. This is bs. Is there any way around this or something I can do it be able to listen to my music again? I don’t want to wasted data just to listen to music I already had downloaded and 90 days is a long time. I need my music
