Refund from Pokémon App Developer

So to get a hold of the Pokémon Go App Developer.... how do I do this? Because I’m being charged 8 times now for one purchase that my phone has a fingerprint for and obviously in the App it states I’m not getting anything that’s supposedly being purchased! Where do I get this information?
