New iPhone 11. Added a Wx app. Accidentally hit 2.99 mth Pro subscribe fee. How do I cancel the subscription. Can not find. Thanks

How to cancel subscription? Trying to remove a subscription, Proscope, and it will not go away. I followed your instructions but fear that my Apple account will be charged. Followed Apples Instructions to cancel a subscription of a certain app, but the app is not allowing me to cancel.
