The chance that someone will stumble upon your public website is highly unlikely given the obscure nature of the site name.

The other options are SmugMug, Dropbox, Flickr, PostImage, etc. I wouldn't use Google Photos as they are known mine users info from everything they host (just a personal preference).

If you had set up iCloud photo library https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT204264

And its preferences https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/photos/pht5156cc968/4.0/mac/10.14

Select photos from photo library folder https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/photos/pht40b0be510/4.0/mac/10.14

Take cursor on top menu bar file > share with mails , the mail compose window opens for an IMAP account ( the account should be already added ) https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/mail/mail35803/mac , the photos will be added , fill up the mail address and click on sent button , even the recipient is not using an iCloud account the mail will be delivered https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT204093

You had already a shared album in photo application , tap the shared album select desired photos , there is an icon in top right side , share with mail select the desired mail address and don't use Cc or Bcc fields to fill more mail address and click on sent .

The second way is use https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/photos/pht6e593112/4.0/mac/10.14

The photo short cut : Export photos

Shift-Command-E

create a folder and click on export , open finder > click on download > iCloud photos you can see folder with photos inside , but before sharing the folder , change read and write permissions https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/mac-help/mchlp1203/mac

You can select the desired options and sent the mail .
