Upgrade to Catalina does not appear for my MacBook pro ( Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014)

When checking for upgrades, Catalina never appears as an option for my macbook pro ( Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014). I even tried the App Store route, hit view on Catalina, yet when it starts Finding Update I still get Update Not Found “The requested version of macOS is not available”

When I do System ( which shows a red 1 as if there is something available), Software Update, “Wait while Checking For Updates” the pop up says Your MacOS is up to date — macOS Mojave 10.14.6

I see it listed here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT210222 (Right column 5th entry down)

Anyone else have this issue?
