How come I can receive mail on my iPhone and laptop but NOT on my ipad? It was OK until Tuesday afternoon October 22nd then nothing since.
I get the message that its checking for mail and the little clock just goes on whirring but nothing downloads.

Try removing your Mail account from Settings > Passwords & Accounts then re-add it.

Thanks. Problem solved. I used Apple Support to help me as deleting the account took ages. It seemed to have gone into a jam mode. The support team guided me through turning off my iPad and then back on again with the Apple motif showing before the account was deleted. It was then easy to re add.
