how to transfer videos from a windows computer to my iphone 8

I have some videos on my pc that I want to put on my iPhone 8. Is there a way to transfer them ?

Hello, thanks for the reply. I have tried several ways to do this but nothing works including converting them for iPhone.

Using many iTunes videos didn't work either. Can you point me to another source I can refer to.
