My wife can't call me.

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. I understand calls from a specific contact aren't going through. I'll do what I can to help.

Here are some suggestions:

• Check the Do Not Disturb setting which can prevent calls from going through: Use Do Not Disturb on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
• Delete the current contact card and set up a new one for your wife.
• If there are other callers not able to reach you that aren't blocked, try these steps: If you can't make or receive calls on your iPhone
• If the app you're using has any automatic blocking or filtering, try temporarily turning that off to see if it's related.

So it shows up as a missed call, but never rings? Have you had her call you from her phone while standing next to her looking at yours?

And it goes straight to voice mail when she does?

Are you sure you haven't turned on Do Not Disturb?

Does the call show up in your missed call list at all?

If not, then contact your cellular carrier.
