de/authorization

I can't authorize iTunes on this computer. Says I've authorized on 5. I can't deauthorize any since 3 have been destroyed. How do I authorize a new computer?

Deauthorizing computer I have deauthorized an old computer from itunes while singed into my account. The screen now shows that I have 4 authorized and I should now be able to authorize a new computer. I keep trying to authorize but it still says I have authorized 5.

Click here and follow the instructions. If the Deauthorize All option isn't available to you, contact the iTunes Store staff.
