Restriction Glitch

I recently got a new phone from my grandma that was in perfectly good shape other than a few tiny cracks in the screen. The first day I got it, I downloaded all my apps from my older device. Snapchat, Instagram, etc. When I got to YouTube, Reddit, and other 17+ rated apps I was not able to download them. I checked the restrictions and the “allow all apps” was checked, so I was confused why I could not download YouTube. A device without YouTube, to me, is weird, and it does not feel right. So if anyone can help out that would be good!

No, you did the right thing. If your birth date is correct in your Apple ID settings (https://appleid.apple.com ) then you should contact iTunes Store support-->iTunes Store - Contact Us - Official Apple Support
