Adding Apple card to different iPhone wallet

How do I add the Apple card to a different iPhone with a different iCloud account? I can't access wallet with the Apple card.

I signed up with my work iCloud account and later switched iCould accounts to my personal. When I switched, the Apple card was removed from the wallet.

iPhone XR, iOS 13

You don't. It is permanently tied to the Apple ID you used when you applied for the card.

Hi, CS, just follow the instructions below:

Start the Settings app.
Tap "Wallet & Apple Pay."
In the Payment Cards section, tap "Add Card."
If you see a pop-up window introducing Apple Pay, tap "Continue."
On the Add Cards pop-up, select "Apple Card" and then tap "Continue."
You might need to enter your Apple ID password to complete the setup process.
If you want to, tap "Use as default card" to make Apple Card the default for making Apple Pay purchases.

you would have to reapply with the different account. It can only be used on the phone it is tied to.

Ok. I signed out and back into iCloud. When I logged back in, the card was no longer in the wallet. Do you know if there’s a way to retrieve it? This is using the phone I signed up with

you just have hit the + sign in wallet to add a new card and it should be there.
