Unwanted subscription

I just realized that I have a subscription to Apple Music that was first billed on 9/30/2019 and again for 10/28/2019. I was not aware that I had a subscription and have not downloaded any music on the APP. I would like refund for those two dates of payment. I canceled the subscription just prior to this post.

Click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
