Troubleshooting iTunes

I just went from a 6s to the xr and now all the music I have downloaded through my subscription won’t download on to my new phone and I can’t add any new music as it gives me a msg saying my Apple ID is linked to another device and I have to wait 90 days.

You will either have to wait until the 90 days have completed so you can end the association to the account that you've currently got it associated to, or see if iTunes Support can/will end the association early so that you can associate it to a different account : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
