Disabled iPhone

Tried logging into my iPhone incorrectly too many times and now it's disabled.

It says to "Connect to iTunes". When I do that, iTunes asks me to respond by using my phone, but I can't because its disabled. Any ideas how to solve this riddle?


I use iTunes for microsoft if that helps any.
