MacBook Pro has two fans but only the right one works
My MacBook Pro has two fans but only the right one works. I can even see the other fan but that one never seems to turn on.

Run the Apple Diagnostics to verify there is an issue with the fan. Some users are unable to load the diagnostics.
You can also take the laptop to an Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined.
