Hi,
Previously I had this issue mentioned above (pls refer to attached photo) so I reset network settings and it was fine for few days but then another day when I was in the middle of a game, it reoccurred again although my Wifi connection is totally fine.
Any advice will be much appreciated, thank you.

Thanks for your advice, Yes today I can see the iPadOS 13.2 update, I haven’t update it yet.
I had updated to iPadOS 13.2 and this issue occurs once. I will try to see if it occurs again tomorrow. Thanks zmclearan 😃
