iphone name

When I got my iPhone xs max it came over with my wife's name on it. I changed it in every location but when it connects to Bluetooth or any wifi it still say's Harlee's iPhone. How do I change this to my name?

Whose Apple ID is signed into Settings/Your Name/iCloud? Does the email address for the Apple ID that is signed into Settings/Your Name/iCloud appear on her card in Contacts?
