If you personally use all the devices it's OK to share an iCloud account, however different people should each have their own iCloud account.


To change or remove the iCloud on a phone go to Settings/<your name>, then scroll to the bottom and tap Sign Out. You also need to do the same in Settings/iTunes & App Store, Settings/Messages and Settings/FaceTime.
