I'm trying identify an unknown charge, but "Purchase History" does not exist on my iPad.

The instructions say to open Settings, click my user name, select iTunes and App Store.

OK to this point.

The next instruction is to "Scroll to Purchase History and tap it." This does not exist.

If I go back a level and click Subscriptions, I see three valid subscriptions, none of which is for the mystery charge.

Can anyone provide instructions that will work? Thanks.

What columns?


There are no columns in the popup that appears when you tap your Apple ID. Tap your Apple ID there and then tap on "View Apple ID" in the small popup.


Its just a single list of options. You will need to swipe up to reveal more options however.

Is the Amex card set as a payment method for this Apple ID?


If the only evidence of a charge is an email, make sure its actually from Apple:Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support


If it appeared in your Amex statement, then make sure your Amex card is not tied to any other Apple ID, and that the charge is not for a recurring subscription. Those generally don't appear in the purchase list.
