I have installed the update and now can’t access bill pay on my Gate City App. After discussing with Gate City they said I need to contact you to change safari settings to allow third party cookies. I need help doing this.

Try Settings/Safari/Privacy & Security to make sure Prevent Cross-Site Tracking is off and Block All Cookies is off.
Try a reset to see if that helps. Try double clicking the Home button or swipe up from the bottom of the screen and swipe Safari upwards. Go to Settings/Safari and clear History and Website Data. Open Safari and test.
