Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If I understand correctly, you are having an issue with a keyboard popping up when you invoke Siri on your iPhone. To help with this, please go to Settings > Accessibility > Siri, and then make sure Type to Siri is turned off and test your issue again.
