How come my App Store is not working? I have not updated my iPhone 6s to ios 13 yet and for some reason when I try to open the AppStore it says that it can’t connect even though I am connected to a stable internet connection.

Same problem. Tried signing out (as recommended). Now when I put in ID and password, nothing happens. Made sure date/time is automatic. Didn’t solve it. Also affects MacBook Pro. Haven’t updated to iOS 13 or Catalina. And help?

(settings>General>SW Update)
