CD won't eject from Macbook Pro

I put a CD in my Mac and downloaded it in my iTunes, but now I can't eject the disk. I've tried ejecting it from iTunes, the Finder, right clicking the disk's icon on my screen and hitting "eject disk", and the eject button on my keyboard. Also, when I try to eject it through iTunes, the application freezes.
Can anyone help me out?

have a look at the Troubleshooting section - The drive doesn't eject discs in this Apple document: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2801

Thank you very much. I was looking through all the troubleshooting pages and somehow did not find that.

You might have already tried this, but often just rebooting the computer will allow you to eject the disk. Or you can press the eject button as the computer is rebooting.
