I’m trying to transfer money from Apple Pay to my bank account and keep getting the “verify your identity” message. However, there is no option in Apple Pay to verify my identity, contrary to the support website. Note there is no problem putting money IN my bank account, I just can’t get it out.

You have to keep searching the page until you find what you are looking for. Make sure you have your region set correctly on your Apple ID and on your device.

The article does not tell you what to do when there is no option to verify your account.
There is nothing in there that tells you what to do if there is no option on Apple Pay to verify your identity. THERE IS NO LINK ON MY PHONE TO DO THIS — and yes, I have the latest upgrade.
