Unable to play Arcade on new Apple TV 4K

Help! I am stuck on this screen on my new Apple TV 4K (with up to date software installed, tvOS 13). I am signed in to everything with my apple id, including game center, and I cannot get past this screen no matter which game I try to play. I tried signing out of and back into game center, to no avail. I have an older generation Apple TV in another room, and that one works fine. My subscription to Apple Arcade is fine, I use it on my other devices just fine. It's just this new Apple TV 4K (64GB) purchased two days ago that has issues.
