Hi,
I own an iMac 2010 and I am using currently OS X Yosemite 10.10.5. I haven't used this computer in ages and just managed to get everything up.
I want to download Microsoft office apps but every time I try it "(null) can’t be installed on “Untitled” because OS X version 10.12 or later is required."
Can anyone advise me what I can do to resolve this issue.

I managed to get in touch with an apple agent who guided me on how to download high sierra and it works perfectly now.
