Remove malware

I just updated to macOS Catalina and right away I had 3 pop ups. They told me to move to the trash or cancel them. I tried but I can't get rid of them. They are called maftask, spchlpr. Can you help?

If you suspect you have installed adware/malware. Try running this trusted utility https://www.malwarebytes.com/mac/
