My iPhone 5C is running iOS 10.3.3, and when I try to update it to iOS 10.3.4, I found that iPhone 5C is held back at iOS 10.3.3. Apple is telling me that I have to up date, but how do you do that? I downloaded iTunes to my windows 10 laptop.

My wife’s iPhone 5C is running iOS 10.3.3,Apple says I need to update to iOS 10.3.4 before November 3,2019. How do I do this? I have downloaded the latest iTunes for windows 10 to my laptop, but it seems that that the iOS 10.3.3 is as far as I can go. The iPhone 5C is held at that. How do I get to update to iOS 10.3.4. Help!

The iPhone 5c is not affected by the GPS bug, and does not require the 10.3.4 update.

Yes. iPhone 5 was released in 2012, 5c/5s were released in 2013.

Both the 5c and 5s share the same upgraded GPS reciever, the GPS rollover bug isn’t therefore existing on the 5c.
