Charged for both iTunes Match and Apple Music?
Why have I continued to be charged for both services if Apple Music has all the benefit of iTunes Match?

If you no longer want the subscription : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
Because you have not canceled your iTunes Match subscription. It does not cancel itself. You must take action or you will continue to be billed for both.
Yes. Obviously. But Apple explicitly says the former has all the benefits of the latter, plus.... so it should be an upgrade.
