Since the new update all the videos from photos on iPhone start muted with no sound, I have to turn on sound every time. This is SO annoying! I just want the video to start with sound every time, I can’t find anywhere where I can change this. Please someone tell me how to fix this.

I understand you have a concern where videos are muted by default when they play.
When you scroll through photos and videos, Live Photos and videos automatically play but they are muted unless you unmute them. Learn more about iOS 13 features here: iOS 13 - Features - Apple

Thank you very much indeed . I was beginning to get bloody angry at this stupid change in the update . I couldn't work it out . I asked on the forum a while back , purely in desperation . Every single time i went to check a clip it was muted , & I got close to saying Im getting rid of the phone if i cant resolve this .
