I can't purchase more icloud storage.
You need a valid credit card with your name on it, issued by your bank.

If your payment info is correct and accepted, then you can buy extra storage.
I have it. It is asking for the security code but there is no area for me to enter it.
no section there to purchase iCloud storage
I am able to purchase apps with the same info. It is correct.
In that case you should be able to subscribe to more iCloud Storage.
