Mails are kept for 30 days in the recently deleted folder in www.icloud.com , many years have passed so they are gone https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/icloud/mm6b1a7ab7/icloud

In case if you had set archive feature https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/icloud/mm6b1a18bd/icloud

Search the mails https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/icloud/mm6b1a4c94/icloud

Select them ( use command and A keys ) , copy them ( use command and C keys ) , and paste them ( use command and V keys ) over inbox folder .

You need a web browser to sign in with Apple ID and password at www.icloud.com , your profile shows that you are using iPhone .
