"Unsecured" Wifi Issues

I got the new Iphone 11 and lately I've been having issues logging into my work wifi. It says the wifi is unsecure, however what really happens is that a pop up is supposed to come up asking for a password. Technically I have to log in everytime I turn my phone back on, which is bothersome but whatever. However my new phone stopped connecting to work wifi (not even offering the pop up anymore) after about a week. I think the issue might be because it's "unsecured." How can I get my phone to stop worrying about that and let me connect to the wifi?

Are you manually able to select that wi-fi network in Settings > Wi-Fi? If not go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Once you do that you will need to reenter all wi-fi passwords.
