i cant connect to app store unless im connected to wifi

I can’t connect to App Store if I’m not connected to wifi. Have enabled App updates already, have enabled App Store in cellular (Mobile) as well. Pls help (using iPhone 11 pro max)

I see you're having some difficulty connecting to the App Store while on a cellular connection.


Start by making sure the Date & Time on your device is set correctly.


Get help with the date and time on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support


Also, make sure you're running the most current version of iOS (13.2 at the time of this post).


Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
