The Dock's Downloads Folder Sort Order

I recently (accidentally) removed the downloads "app"/folder from my dock on my MacBook Pro. I got it back immediately, but ever since, it's not organized correctly: it's sorted with oldest items first and I'd like it to do just the opposite, but can't figure out how.
