cannot hear

when i plug my headphones in i cant hear out of my headphones so my music play out loud then when i try to make a call my speaker button is greyed out also i can hear when i make a call

There's no sound on calls When answering calls, I can’t hear the person on the other line as well as they can’t hear me. My speaker button is greyed out also. I can only answer calls using AirPods/earphones. My speakers work just fine if I’m watching YouTube or Netflix. But when someone calls I can answer but they can’t hear me. How can I fix this?
