IOS update for iPhone 5c?

My iPhone 5c has not given me the option to update since I upgraded to IOS 10.3.3

I would like to update to IOS 10.3.4

You can't. The iPhone 5c isn't subject to the GPS issue which 10.3.4 patches, so Apple never released that version for it.

Okay, since my 5c is not letting me update past IOS 10.3.3; does this mean it is no longer going to work as of November 3, 2019?
