Is the 5C not impacted? Wife’s 5C is running 10.3 but shows to be up to date with no update available

iPhone 14 Pro GPS doesn’t work My phone’s GPS doesn’t work properly. When I check it on the map, I always seem to be moving in a 200 meter circle and the navigation updates every 2-3 minutes. I've reset the phone to factory settings 3 times and still not resolved. I wanted to ask before returning it, does anyone else have this problem?
