Random mans voice from my phone

I had just walked into my house, headphones in but no music playing. Iphone Xs. Randomly, i hear a voice from my headphones, connected to my phone, say "it's been 26 minutes (unintelligible words)..." and then my music started playing. My Siri is an Australian guys voice, definitely not what i heard. Went and tried to figure it out, not from any of my open apps, and strangely, i had texted my bf 26 minutes ago telling him i'd be home in 15 minutes. It was not him, was not talking to him or anything, was home alone.

I have this question too! This afternoon my phone was on the table and the screen was locked. I heard a women was talking, I thought the voice was from TV until I heard that voice again through my phone speaker. So I restart my phone, but after 20mins the voice just came back. I was so totally freaked out. Around 10:30 PM, the voice changed to a male. The voice is really like someone's voice message. Is my phone hacked by some reason? I just reset my phone, hopefully the voice won't come back.
