How do I get the iOS 10.3.4 update on my iPhone if it hasn’t appeared in my updates yet? I have the iPhone 5C and it says my phone is up to date but only says it is 10.3.3 . My phone will stop working unless it has the iOS 10.3.4 update by November 3rd so any help will be very appreciated.

After I updated iTunes, it showed me the last version of iOS. And I made it to update my phone on time.
There is no 10.3.4 for the 5c, and it's not required as the GPS bug only affects the 2012 released iPhone 5, not the 2013 released iPhone 5c which is a different phone with similar hardware to the 5, the GPS reciever on the 5c is updated and therefore this bug doesn't exist on the 5c.

Thank you. We have an iPhone 5c and I have read the discussion saying it doesn't require the 10.3.4 update because it does not have the problem that the non-5c phones have. My question is whether we still need 10.3.3 as we have not yet upgraded to it.

I'm finally updating my 5c from 9.3.6 to 10.3.3 , after all these years I figure I won't have to deal with the annoying software update messages. Apple tech advised doing it by wifi, not through iTunes.

5c does not need 10.3.4, and therefore there is no 10.3.4 for the 5c, the 5c has an updated GPS module that isn't affected by the issue.
10.3.4 is the same thing as 10.3.3, with the exception that 10.3.4 patches the GPS rollover bug.
The 5c will continue to work with or without 10.3.3 installed, it also works with earlier versions of iOS.
However i always recommend installing the latest update for your device, which would be 10.3.3, newer versions (like iOS 11, 12 or the current 13) were no longer supported by the aging hardware of the 5c, you can check which version you have installed if you go to Settings --> General -- > About.

Do you have the iPhone 5 or the iPhone 5c/5s or SE? 10.3.4 is only required (and therefore only available) on the 2012 iPhone 5, but not on the 2013 released 5c or 5s, they both have updated GPS recievers that are not affected by this issue.
Interesting, i checked your Serial Number, it is indeed an iPhone 5 16 GB Black. Have you also tried to update over-the-air instead directly on the phone? (Settings --> General --> Software Update).
iPhone 5 unfortunately :( I tried to update the software on the phone several times, it failled every time. Didn't have any internet problem or low battery. Today I tried with itunes. It says my phone is up-to-date.
