apple cash does not appear as an option in wallet

how do i access and activATE apple cash? it's not an option in the apple pay and wallet

Are you at least 18 and in the USA? Go to Settings>Wallet & Apple Pay>Apple Cash - turn on. Set up Apple Cash to send and receive money in Messages - Apple Support
