Apple ID

I have an iPhone for my personal use and I just got an iPhone for work. I didn't want to use my personal Apple ID on my work phone. Can I create another Apple ID for my work phone?

You can do that. You can try setting up Family Sharing between the 2 IDs if you want to be able to share purchases made with the IDs.
