iCloud Drive Sync Issue Between iPhone and Windows PC

Why can't I see the same iCloud Drive files on my iPhone as my Windows PC iCloud Drive?

Syncing iCloud drive between PC and iPhone I need assistance on how to sync iCloud files between PC and iPhone. In the past I would put files in C:\Users\{name}\iCloud Drive and these would then come available on my iPhone. Now that is not happening. I have to upload to icloud.com to make it available on my iPhone. Can you tell me how to get the sync to restart between the two devices?

I figured this out for myself, but I wanted others to know...The Windows iCloud Drive doesn't have a scroll bar on the window so, I had to use the down arrow key to view all of the remaining files. I hopes this helps somebody.
