I want to trade in my iPhone 11 pro for a iPhone 11 pro Max

I have the same question but I’m already past the 14 day return window. I want to trade in my current iPhone 11 but it’s not on the drop down menu when selecting device to trade in.

You have a 14 day return window if you bought the phone from Apple.

You can return it and get a different model / color / capacity instead.
