Dial through Apple Watch
Hello, when I want to dial the keyboard there is only + plus how do I * stellar?

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities! You have a question about making calls on your Apple Watch, and I'd be happy to help.
The * and # options are not available on the keypad within the Phone app on Apple Watch: Make phone calls on Apple Watch - Apple Support. If you need to dial a phone number from your watch that starts with a *, I would recommend using Siri to place the call on your Apple Watch. You can say "call * (say phone number out loud)." Siri may then ask you to confirm the number you wish to call. Just tap 'Call' on the presented options.
