No, because it is not possible. the only thing you can do is open Wallet>tap on Apple Card>tap on card balance (top left box under the card)>tap statements>tap download PDF

You'll find the Apple Card under Apple Pay.

The more people who let Apple know this is an issue for them, the more it's likely to be a priority for Apple.
