I can't find any model designation that includes "FS/". However, you might want to start here:

I found this: https://www.theiphonewiki.com/wiki/Model_Regions. It does not list FS/A though.

On an iPhone the part number is in Settings->General->About->Model.

Depending on iOS version, you may need to tap the Axxx number there to get it to show the other model number.
