iPhone 6s update to iOS 13

We have an iPhone 6s plus. The latest update that we have received is 12.4.3.

We would like to have iOS 13 on it.

How can we get it?

My 6s was upgraded by downloading the installer into itunes and then once it was downloaded installed it on the iphone.

backup first, make sure you have at the very least enough room to install it, more room is always better.

I connected our iPhone as described in the link to our Mac.

Pressed check for updates, and the following info appeared:

So I really have no idea how to solve the issue.

You have an iPhone 6 Plus, which is not compatible with iOS 13.
