Outlook Mac 16 search not working (Apple Spotlight Index)

Been working with Microsoft 365 Support team on this for about 10 days now so reaching out to Apple for assistance as the search is indexed and handled by Spotlight with Microsoft Outlook Mac 16.


Above is the Outlook screen, note first email from Apple (lol another support issue)....

Above is trying to search for "Apple", (remember it was the first email) and no results.


Same is happening for all types of email accounts, Office 365, iCloud, Google and IMAP accounts.

Above, Also noted from Microsoft support as well!


The search issue is happening for not only e-mails but also contacts, calendar, tasks, notes everything.

This is an urgent matter as we have had to use our cloud based Office 365 access (through Internet browser) when we need to search as search not able to be used within the Microsoft Outlook 16 (which used the Apple Spotlight Indexing)
